Your hall, lounge and master bedroom are all carpeted, whilst the kitchen and bathroom have comfortable, durable vinyl flooring. Everything has been made easy for you to move in…you just need to put your furniture down!


Your apartment benefits from gas central heating, with an ‘A‘ rated Valliant combi boiler for excellent energy efficiency. There are wall-mounted radiators throughout.

Entry & Security

For added security and peace of mind for our residents, all apartments are fitted with a video entry phone, and apartment front doors have a 3-point locking system.

Communal Areas

Apartments above the ground floor benefit from lift access. There are external mobility scooter charging points on the ground floor. There is a communal external roof dish.

There is a residents car park, plus there are spaces available for your visitors.
