Deemed a millionaire’s playground, St Andrews has once again scored the title of Scotland’s most sought-after location to set up home.

According to figures recently published by Bank of Scotland, the historic town has topped the list of prestigious addresses for the second consecutive year – with the average house price at Golf Place coming in at a whopping £1,975,000.
